It may be time to listen to yourself again.

Across two live sessions, you’ll have space to:
So you can leave with a clearer sense of yourself and greater orientation for what comes next.
Limited spots for intimate group dialogue

Julia von Winterfeldt knows first-hand what it feels like when a life that works on the outside begins to shift on the inside. For the past 10 years, she has guided women through moments of transition — creating space to exhale, step out of the roles and expectations they carry, and listen again to their own voice, desires and sense of what matters.

"You don’t need to have your next chapter figured out. But you can begin to understand where you are."
The Midlife Orientation isn’t about changing your life in four hours. It’s about seeing more clearly what is changing — and where you are within it.
You won’t spend even more time thinking about yourself. You’ll begin to notice what your mind alone can’t resolve.
Through reflection, dialogue and embodied practice, you’ll access a different kind of knowing.
You’ll discover that you’re not the only one standing at this point. Other women are asking the same questions. Not because they’re lost.
Not because something is wrong. Because they, too, are at a turning point.
You don’t need to quit your job, travel to the other side of the world or turn your life upside down. Your next chapter can begin right where you are.
And then, when things finally get quiet, you notice something...
A restlessness you can’t quite explain.
A tiredness that sleep doesn’t necessarily fix.
Or simply the feeling: I’m not sure this life still fits me in the way it used to.
From the outside, everything may look perfectly fine. Yet inside, different questions are beginning to surface:
A guided process to help you understand what is shifting — and find your bearings for what comes next.
On paper, much of your life may look fine. And yet something has shifted. What used to motivate you may no longer pull in the same way. You’ll begin to put words to what has been difficult to name.
Discover why midlife can unsettle the coordinates you’ve relied on for years — identity, ambition, direction and what matters. And locate yourself within the transition you’re in.
You learned what it took to succeed, belong, be loved and keep things together. Much of it has served you well. But does all of it still fit? Explore what feels deeply yours — and what you may be ready to question.
You don’t need to know exactly what comes next. Through a guided imagination practice, you’ll explore where you are, what matters now — and the question worth carrying into your next chapter.
Not a five-year plan. Not a new identity. Not all the answers.
And perhaps also: there is a deeper journey available, if I want to explore further.

"I know this territory."
Years ago, I found myself at a point where everything on the outside was working — yet something inside me had shifted. The question was no longer: What should I do next? It was: What is still true for me?
That question changed the direction of my life. And for more than 10 years, I’ve been accompanying people through transitions of their own.

These weren’t survey responses. They were messages women shared spontaneously at the end of our sessions.
“I'm surprised by how quickly we connected and how deep we went. We're not alone — we're deeply supported.”
“I feel more positive than I have in almost a year. This was exactly what I needed.”
“The embodied work was so helpful. It created a connection that thinking alone couldn’t give me.”
“I’m allowed to do anything and I don’t have to do anything — my head knows that, but now my whole body can feel it.”
“I don't know every step yet. But I know I don't want to keep going like this.”
“I’ve already gained so much clarity. 💛”
“My heart is touched. I was able to reconnect with something in myself that I had almost forgotten.”
“Thank you!! Such a refreshing and insightful day!”
“What moved me most was seeing that so many others are on a journey too.”
“Thank you for creating this opportunity to do this work and come together. You do this so beautifully!”
“I really enjoyed taking this time for myself.”
“I feel really good and joyful — and I’m reminded again how valuable connection is.”
“I read through my notes again last night — and I could feel that something was still unfolding in me.”
“I’m leaving with so much — and with a real sense of connection.”
